Bradley Smith Joins Don't Touch Racing for Full 2025 Season

After competing in selected races with Don't Touch Racing last season, young talent Bradley Smith is set to take on a full campaign in 2025. The British driver will join the experienced team as they set their sights on strong results in both the overall and Chrome standings.

A Natural Fit for the Team
Smith's decision to commit to a full season with Don't Touch Racing was driven by more than just performance: ”We get along very well, and we have great fun together at race weekends," Smith shared. "The years of experience in the team will help us progress more and more."

As well as the atmosphere, the team’s professional setup and infrastructure also impressed the young driver. "The hospitality trailer and paddock setup are very professional and look great."

A Season of Learning and Progress
With a full-time seat, Smith sees 2025 as a year of growth. "My personal goal is to keep learning. I have a new truck to get used to, with a different engine and set-up,” he explained. "Working with the team and analysing data will help me get faster and improve my lap times."

The British driver knows he has a strong truck for the upcoming season: "The truck is very competitive and André proved that. I just want to keep improving with the support of the team. A big thank you to Sven and Erik for this opportunity. I'm excited for the challenge ahead.”

Smith’s determination and quick adjustment to the team’s environment made him a natural fit for Don't Touch Racing. "Bradley showed great ambition and motivation last year. As a young talent, he quickly adapted to our team and the demands of racing," explained team owner Sven Walter. "We believe in supporting young drivers, especially as the pool of experienced racers currently available is quite limited."

The team's expectations for the season are high. "We aim to finish in the Top 10 overall and push for a Top 3 spot in the Chrome standings," Walter revealed. "Bradley's determination and drive to win will be key to achieving these goals."

New Energy, Same Approach
Despite transitioning from a seasoned driver to an up-and-coming talent, the team won’t be making big changes to its approach. "There aren’t any major changes in how we operate. Every driver, regardless of experience, has to adapt to the truck,” said Walter. "The biggest difference with Bradley is his energy and motivation, which gives the team an extra boost."

To support his development, Don't Touch Racing has ensured a strong technical foundation. "We have an experienced data engineer working with Bradley to maximise his potential. Our processes remain the same — we always maintain the highest standards to ensure the truck is as competitive as possible."

With a determined young driver behind the wheel and a seasoned team supporting him, 2025 is set to be an exciting year for Don't Touch Racing and Bradley Smith. Fans will be watching closely as he takes on his first full campaign and strives to make his mark on the championship.
