Champions and winners celebrated during FIA ETRC Awards
Champions and winners from the 2026 Goodyear FIA European Truck Racing Championship were applauded during a night of celebration at the Jarama R.A.C.E. Club in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid, Spain last Sunday (4 October).
Jointly organised by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) and FIA Member Club Real Automóvil Club de España (RACE), the FIA ETRC Awards brought together drivers, teams, partners, suppliers and officials from the Goodyear FIA ETRC family.

Compered by Goodyear FIA ETRC commentator Chaz Draycott and presenter/reporter Louise Schofield, the FIA ETRC Awards began with a welcome speech delivered by FIA General Manager Alberto Villarreal (above) on behalf of FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem and FIA President of the Senate Carmelo Sanz de Barros.
FIA Vice-President for Sport Europe Manuel Aviño, FIA Truck Racing Commission President Ignacio Fernández (below), FIA Senior Circuit Sport Director Marek Nawarecki, FIA Head of Truck Racing Category Sina Amirdivani, FIA ETRC Race Director Michal Marek, FIA Technical Delegate Frans Steilberg and Goodyear Head of Brand and Value Proposition Marketing, Commercial EMEA Davide Califano were among those invited to the stage to present awards.

Guests were treated to several videos – the work of technology and live events specialist wige – looking back on the 2026 Goodyear FIA ETRC season and highlighting the achievements of the various award winners. The videos will be shared across the Goodyear FIA ETRC’s social media channels in the coming weeks.

Action of the Season Award: Sascha Lenz (Circuit Zolder Race 4)
Penalty Markers Award: Steffen Faas (55 penalty marker hits)
